Upfits and Renovations

The primary focus of our business is in the commercial real estate sector. In 2019 we initiated our first ground up project and completed a child care center in Indian Land, SC in early fall 2020. In 2021 we will begin two more of these projects in Harrisburg, NC and Lake Wylie, SC.

Although the majority of our work is commercial construction we offer select residential services including kitchen and bath remodels, detached structures and building out unfinished basements.
